The 5 Strong Scholarship Foundation partners up with HBCUs to award full-tuition scholarships and mentoring to Atlanta, Georgia metro area high school seniors. Applicants need a minimum 3.0 GPA, an ACT score of 19 or SAT score of 990, and show leadership potential as well as commit to attending mandatory bimonthly College Ready Prep Sessions.
Aaron and Edna Branyon Memorial Scholarship
Applicants must be graduating students from Fayette County High School in the top 25 percent of their class. They must also be accepted full-time into an accredited college and demonstrate academic and extracurricular achievement, financial need, leadership, and character.
AAUW Return to Learning Scholarships
The Lombard Area Branch of AAUW provides the "Return to Learning" scholarship for women in Lombard, Villa Park, Oakbrook Terrace, Wheaton, Addison, Glendale Heights, or Glen Ellyn. Alabama Student Assistance Program
Applicants must be undergraduates who are Alabama residents attending one of the 80 eligible Alabama institutions. Submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required.
Andrew McBeath Region 9 Leadership Scholarship
Applicants from Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Tennessee must be AQHA or AQHYA members for at least three years and serve as officers or directors in AQHYA or their state affiliate, showing leadership. They can apply during their senior year of high school or while enrolled in college, maintaining a 2.5 GPA. The scholarship supports any degree program, and past AQHF recipients can reapply.
High school graduates from Williamson County, Tennessee, can apply for the Ann Buchanan Scholarship Fund, which supports students who have overcome significant life challenges such as injury, illness, or extreme circumstances. Unlike many scholarships, this fund specifically excludes students in the top ten percent of their class.
Appalachian Leaders College Scholarship
Alice Lloyd College awards scholarships to applicants who are residents of the 108-county service area and are enrolled in a minimum of 12 core curriculum credits.
The Charles A. Esser Memorial Scholarship is a top Arizona scholarship, offering $2,000 annually to students pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and a career in local government. This scholarship is accepted by several major state universities and their graduate schools.
Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship

ASHRAE Region VIII Scholarship
The ASHRAE Region VIII Scholarship is a one-year scholarship awarded annually to a student attending a post-secondary institution within ASHRAE Region VIII (Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mexico). Note that certain areas of Louisiana and Texas are excluded from the geographic boundaries of Region VIII.
Asian Pacific Fund Scholarship Program
The Asian Pacific Fund administers ten scholarship programs with unique eligibility criteria, offering amounts ranging from $1,000 to $20,000. Eligibility includes being of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census, having a minimum GPA of 3.0, residing in California (with preference given to Bay Area residents), and being the first in their immediate family to attend college.
Applicants must be high school seniors who are residents of Alabama with a minimum 3.5 GPA and a minimum ACT score of 25.

Students become eligible for this program in middle and high school, and life memberships are recognized by many colleges and universities throughout California.

Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or current undergraduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0, enrolled part-time or full-time at an accredited two- or four-year institution or technical school. Eligible students must reside in or attend college in specific counties: Kent or New Castle counties, DE; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, or Salem counties, NJ; or Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, or Philadelphia counties, PA.
Electronic Security Association Youth Scholarship Program
COPS Monitoring sponsors a prominent scholarship in Indiana, the Electronic Security Association (ESA) Youth Scholarship Program. It awards $7,500 to first-place winners and $2,500 to second-place recipients. Eligibility requires high school students to have parents or guardians employed full-time in police, fire, or sheriff departments.

Governors’ Scholarship for Foster Youth Program
The Governors’ Scholarship for Foster Youth Program supports Washington State residents enrolling in college in the upcoming fall semester. Eligible applicants include those in Foster Care, Guardianship, or Dependency Guardianship by a Washington State court order.
